Poster session MCTW

Poster Session and Abstract Submission

This year's MCTW will include a poster session offering participants the opportunity to present their research findings. All abstracts must be uploaded directly within the registration form during the registration process. Abstracts that comply with the formal requirements and meet the scientific evaluation criteria will be accepted for the poster session. All posters must be displayed onsite in printed form during the conference.

Poster competition & spotlight presentations

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a scientific committee. Based on the scientific merit and originality, five top-rated abstracts will be selected for a Poster Spotlight Presentation, a short oral session highlighting high-impact work. Selected authors will be informed at least two weeks before the conference. Each selected presenter will give a 5-minute oral overview of their work. From these five finalists, three winners will be awarded:

  • 1st prize: €500
  • 2nd prize: €300
  • 3rd prize: €200

Additionally, all displayed posters (including those not selected for oral presentation) will be eligible for theAudience Choice Award, voted for onsite by all conference participants.
